Niall O'Cleirigh is co-founder and CEO of Macalla.  Prior to establishing Macalla, Niall held posts as General Manager, Chief Technical Officer and Head of Business Incubation within CSK Software Ltd, a global IT supplier to the financial markets. As a result of heading a company that has been providing leading edge wireless products for a number of years, Niall has now become an established international spokesman on wireless technology and solutions. He is also a member of the Irish Software Association Executive Committee. Niall has a degree in electronic engineering and a Masters Degree in Management Science.

Bryan is responsible for the global sales and business development functions within the company. Prior to forming Macalla, Bryan was Director of Business Development with CSK Software (previously known as Quay Financial Software), and played an integral part in building Quay into one of Ireland's leading indigenous software companies during the 1990s. Following the acquisition of Quay in 1995, Bryan managed the company's global finance sector channel organisation. He previously held senior sales, and international business development positions with ICL Computers, Bull and Enterprise Ireland. Bryan holds a B.A. (Mod) 1979 and M.I.I. (Grad) 1988.

Ashley has been with Macalla since 2000.  He is responsible for the technical strategy, architecture and development of Macalla’s J2EE based mobile platform. Before joining Macalla, Ashley worked in Strata IT, a technology consulting firm, where he was involved in the development of a multi-user accounting and job costing system for the advertising industry. Ashley has a degree in Computer Science from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland.
